Through a strong brokerage relationship, LFB financed the construction of a 3,700 sf short-term vacation rental home blocks from the beautiful sandy beaches and blue waters of the Florida panhandle.

LFB provided the sponsor with NO CASH TO CLOSE, 83% LTC, 56% LTV construction loan to refinance the existing purchase money loan and finance the construction of the home.  The borrower received credit for land lift which resulted in a no cash to close transaction.
