LFB Ventures recently financed phase 1 of a larger multifamily development in Idaho Falls, ID. The total project consists of 248 apartment units, while phase 1 consists of 72 units.  The initial phase 1 construction loan will be used to finish remaining site work across the larger project, plus vertical construction of the phase 1 units. Future funding will include the build-out of phases 2 and 3, which are anticipated to begin in the second half of 2022.
