Despite the limited inventory available in this premier coastal city, LFB was able to quickly identify a potential acquisition in Solana Beach that was an ideal fit for their business, Green Room Design Build. After rounds of negotiations with the seller and their broker, LFB negotiated the purchase of the asset and navigated a successful closing. LFB not only represented the clients on the purchase, but was also able to secure 90% LTV financing in the low 3% range.
