Rory is a distinguished real estate professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions and finance. He currently serves as a Director at LFB Ventures, where he leverages his expertise to provide strategic guidance and exceptional service to clients in the real estate market.

Previously, Rory held the position of Director at Lee & Associates NYC from 2019 to 2023. In this role, he represented both commercial landlords and tenants, negotiating lease agreements, securing favorable terms, and managing properties across various prestigious New York neighborhoods, including Midtown East, Nolita, Soho, Noho, Flatiron, and the Garment District. Prior to his time at Lee & Associates, was a Junior Associate at Douglas Elliman Commercial, LLC from 2017 to 2019. He specialized in managing the tenant side of commercial real estate transactions, helping clients navigate lease renewals and relocations with a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Rory began his career at Artemis Real Estate Partners as an Associate, contributing to research on emerging markets and participating in lease abstract and OM reviews. He then advanced to IVL Group, LLC as a Receivership Associate, where he performed site visits, inspected properties, and assisted with day-to-day operations.

He is currently a candidate for an M.S. in Real Estate Finance at New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate, further solidifying his expertise in the field. He also holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Corporate Accounting and Finance from Rockhurst University, where he was a four-year recipient of the Jesuit Scholarship. In addition to his formal education, Rory holds a Real Estate Salesperson License and a Certificate of Real Estate Financial Modeling from NYU.

In his spare time, he enjoys working out, playing sports, and spending time with his family.
