Jon Spelke joined LFB Ventures as a Managing Director to open the Los Angels office. In addition to opening and growing the Los Angeles office, Jon will focus on expanding LFB’s current lending and capital advisory platforms nationwide.

With over 25 years in the real estate industry, holding senior level positions with groups such as Lennar, Clarion Partners, and Hillman Property, Jon has directly managed or been involved in the development of over 3MM square feet of commercial space and hotels, over 5,000 residential units (multi and single family) and over $1B of financings.

Jon holds a BA in Business from Northeastern University, is a licensed real estate broker in California and passed the California CPA exam. Mr. Spelke is also a member of ULI, JNG, LAMA, and the LA Chamber.

In his free time, Jon enjoys family activities and being active in pickleball, tennis, and squash.
