Jake is an Associate at LFB Ventures, based in Encinitas, CA, where he focuses on sourcing and underwriting real estate financing opportunities across the Northeast. He supports acquisition, development, and construction transactions through market research, deal analysis, and capital structuring, while contributing to business development and client execution efforts.

Prior to joining LFB, Jake worked in investment sales and advisory focused on single-tenant, triple-net assets. In this role, he supported the valuation, marketing, and execution of net-lease transactions, developing a strong foundation in credit analysis, pricing, and investor underwriting. He also brings experience from the healthcare real estate sector, where he focused on lease analysis, market research, and advisory work for institutional and private clients.

Jake holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Georgia and enjoys snowboarding, golfing, and traveling.
