Reed Levesque is an Associate at LFB Ventures and joined the Encinitas office at the beginning of 2024.  He is responsible for assisting senior members of the team with deal level tasks such as internal underwriting, deal management, and capital tracking.

Prior to joining the firm, Reed was an Acquisitions and Asset Management Analyst at Tower 16 Capital Partners, a Value-Add Multifamily Operator based out of Encinitas.  Over the course of his tenure, Reed helped the firm make 13 acquisitions in four different markets, and he helped manage seven of their active deals.  Before Tower 16, Reed spent time in New York City, working at Hall Capital Partners, an Investment Advisor helping to manage the portfolios of family offices, endowments, and foundations.

Mr. Levesque attended Kenyon College, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in History. While at Kenyon, he was a four-year member of the varsity lacrosse team and served as President of the school’s Student Athlete Advisory Council. 

Reed is a native San Diegan and spends as much time outdoors as possible.  Since moving back to the West Coast, Reed has become an avid skier and enjoys exploring new mountains during the winter.  During the rest of the year, Reed enjoys running, spending time at the beach, and supporting his favorite sports teams.
