Garrett is an Associate at LFB Ventures based out of the Encinitas, CA headquarters. He is responsible for originations, market research, deal analysis, and business development. He focuses on facilitating financing for land, multifamily, and residential acquisition and development groups in both primary and emerging markets.

Prior to joining LFB, Garrett worked at Township Capital in Los Angeles, CA as an investments associate where he facilitated CO-GP equity investments for groups looking to either acquire or develop institutional level multifamily and student housing projects nationwide.

Before that, he worked in multifamily and land investment advisory in the LA market for several years at Marcus & Millichap and Lyon Stahl Investment real estate.

Garrett has a BS in Geography with a focus in Economy, Culture & Society from UC Berkeley where he was also a member of the men’s basketball team.
