Brien is an Associate at LFB Ventures, based out of the Encinitas, CA headquarters. He is responsible for business development, originations, and deal analysis, with a focus on securing capital stacks for land acquisition, development, and construction of residential assets.

Before joining LFB, Brien worked at Fidelity Investments in Rhode Island as a Business Analysis Manager, where he facilitated operational workflows for mergers and acquisitions. He managed over 60 separate transactions during his time on the Entity Change team, regularly collaborating with principals at the associated firms.

Earlier in his career, Brien worked in sales and consulting for Fivestars, delivering a SaaS platform to SMBs throughout Southern California.

Brien holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. In his free time, he enjoys staying active, playing golf, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
